  • So he isn't saying don't train them individually? Just be sure to go heavy on them?

  • 9-12 sets for bic and tric each? LMAO! how many times per week? 2? so 18-24 sets for amrs? dude! are u insane? you get paid to train? listen stick to your roided up monkeys and stop destroying the avg guys workouts. GUys you need only 4-6 sets a WEEK!! to train your arms. anymore than that and they wont grow! naturaly of course. Keep our workouts basic and heavy 5-8 reps 45 min tops per WO! dont listen to these guys. they are clueless and 99.9 are on drugs!

  • @joeValrico8

you're wrong, i am natural and doing 12 sets (to failure) for bis and tris makes me leave the gym with those muscles feeling aching and torn up for the next few days.

i used to buy into the "less is more" bs which i can assure you is not true, at least not to an extent.

4-6 sets for arms? ur saying 2-3 sets for biceps and triceps each? that can be achieved in 10 minutes. good luck getting big arms dedicating 10 minutes per WEEK to biceps and triceps!

  • @deiiii your way overtraining! 4-6 sets per week for bic and tric is all u need. i have 18in CUT arms naturaly...never juiced! if your clean u dont need more than that.

  • @joeValrico8

if it worked for you thats great, but my body doesn't seem to respond well to low volume. i guess that just goes to show you that everyone reacts differently and bodybuilding is an art, not a science.

  • @deiiii all depends on the intensity of your workout. i can make one rep feel like 10 reps the normal guy in the gym does... so i can blow up my arms with 24-30 reps which would take guys who dont know what there doing 120 reps! :) your right everyones different and responds differently. thats way a variety in everyones workout is so important. if your recovering and growing and most imp happy with your progress then your workout is good for u. keep on bustin it! thanks!

  • @joeValrico8

same to you bro, keep pumping the iron!

  • @joeValrico8 dude, i followed your argument and may its over but i wanna say that its really differs from one guy to other.. 10-12 sets are only way for me to reach real failure of my bis and tris..otherwise i cant feel that i`m done with workout and i cant feel fatigue... And i`m not that big my arm is 14.17 inch.

  • 9 to 12 sets ???? remember he trains all the mother fucking bodbybuilders that take steroids

9 - 12 sets for a skinny faggot is gonna cost over training lol

  • @l1998 yeah brah 12 sets for arms is absurd! But he's the truth though!

  • At least he understands anatomy.

  • Did Charles answer the the question? How many working sets and reps...

    This requires a number

  • Charles, do they call you Mister Glass?

  • @buccola13 Charles Glass is a muscle trainer and Jillian Micheals is a lost weight trainer, thats doesn't mean that him is better than her, just mean each one of them is good at what they do. Learn to distinguish things.

  • that was a shitty answer

  • will charles awancer steroid questions?

  • @buccola13 LOL! oh hell yea! This guy has more knowledge on his little finger than that horse-faced middle-age woman will ever have.

  • Charles Glass is a legend ! thanks for sharing you're unlimited knowledge to the world !!!

  • he can't read for shit

  • Thats the man right there

  • Did he mean 9-12 sets for triceps+biceps, or 9-12 sets for each?

  • @paddyjin must be for each

  • @paddyjin each body part

  • @paddyjin altogether

  • lol

  • Really liked this tip, I usually do 9-10 sets; glad to see that is inline with your recommendation. Keep up the great videos!!
