don't take still shots. take continuous video of whatever you're trying to capture, then when you edit it, just pick out the frame that captures exactly the position you want.

They jump, take a picture. Just again take another picture but a little bit further than the one before and so on. Then edit all the photos so they come one after another and that is the outcome. I've got some on my profile.

It can be done either way, but it's much easier to take a single frame from video. It's pretty easy really.
