@youngdisk- Sorry for the delay in response, I think I did this off of the Live in NYC disk series released in 2004 vol 3. I got mine from Napster, so I'm sure itunes has it available as well.

A lot of things that I'll do cover some clav parts as well. Mainly for those that might not have the clav in the band and want to get the full sound. I have been playing them in a trio type of setting, so I usually cover both of them. I outline all 3 in the full video- chords- melody- and as a chord melody. Thanks for pointing it out. Checked out your site by the way- your chops are nice.

kraz actually just does chords during the verse. that melody comes from the clavinet. the chords he plays are Bm7 - C#/D# (or Eflat11) - C#Maj79 - C7#9.
