  • You did a great job, but there´s lots of better Bernd stuff.

  • actually this is for kids, but i really enjoy this too :)

  • Thanks. Can you translate all Berndi's stuff, please? Prince Brightly with the bad teeth!? What!? I was on holiday in Ibiza when I first saw him.

  • Thanks. Can you translate all \berndi's stuff, please?

  • I use this to study for German A-level :/

  • @HexReinette

Well, in that case, you are better off with the subtitled video:

USS Bumble Bee Bush (can't copy the linke somehow)

Same characters, but a lot more conversation!

Wish you all the best and Good Luck

  • @Excessdenied Thanks :)

  • ohmygosh this is amazing!!! american cartoons are so lame compared to this!

  • bernd is legend in german TV ;)

  • I am German and showing this to a Swedish friend of mine. - He is enjoying it, I think. ;)

    I liked it, too.

  • wow thats awsome. I wish british television was like german.

  • In general british television is better. You could ask CBBC to get "bernd das brot". They already produce lots of things together.

  • @communist9 oh no.. you don't. but if you really mean be prepared for senseless casting shows, dokus about teenage mothers, that have nothing to do except whining about their life in the beginning and be absolutely happy when the show ends, dating shows with farmeers and people you wouldn't want to know in real life, and some reports about 16-year olds drinking themselves into coma. bernd das brot is one of the only products in german that television can be proud of^^ (not counting some films)

  • @manusigl I'm German, have been living in Britain for a year and a half now, and I'll have to admit that your description perfectly sums up British tv as well... They're equally bad, I'd say.

    I love Bernd, though.

  • @222phoebe really? that's sad. i've always thought well of british humor. living in britain? i really envy you^^ i want to go to ireland for a year or so. i fell in love with dublin when we were there for a week (i have to admit, school is good for something, even if it's just a trip to a foreign country^^) especially with all those buskers...

  • @manusigl There's some amazing British comedy, obviously, but a lot of... well... very trashy tv as well XD

Good look with your plan of going to Ireland! I really like Dublin as well, just found it really expensive... Cork was nice, too.

  • good job!:)

  • I'm German and I think your translation is very good. I myself love Bernd the bread and I think it's good also people of other contries get to know him.
