The hall mark of an outstanding speaker is when they speak extemporaneously, as Senator Rubio did in the q&a. He did however pocket some notes when he finished his prepared speach and which was probably an outline and not a verbatum copy from which he was reading. the message was delivered from the heart with depth from his life experience. Truly a gifted orator with humility that is indicative of the special leadership that this country so badly needs.

I agree. An absolutely outstanding articulation of 21st Century conservatism. But I love to know whether he's using a telepromter. If he's truly speaking extemporaneously, then his performance is as outstanding as its substance.
