awesome man... i needed to hear this... i try to friggen meditate but i always expect somethin.. i always grow anxious, and can't fully relax.. but this was well-put.. thanks a lot, sometimes you just need to hear things worded differently or from a different source... take care, God bless
This is not practical advice. "Desiring nothing more than what is" gets you nowhere. If you want a home, food and companionship, they won't fall into your lap. You have to decide what you want and go out and get it.
Only if you are already rich and comfortable will Bentinho's message be of any use to you.

@alwaysdeeper I understand what you're saying. Wouldn't the speaker of this clip be inclined to respond to your comment by pointing out that his message was never intended to 'get you anywhere?' To me it seems like this message is simply an attempt to loosen the grip that the pursuit of possesions and ideas can often have on our (un)happiness. Your point is one worth pondering on though!!! Thank you.
@alwaysdeeper It's not about separating yourself from experience. It is merely recognizing that which is the story and that which is absolute. You can always make the story better, but recognizing that one constant that is "awareness" means taking the story for what it really is... just a story.
How a few months united states can tranform you into a sad and lonely guy.
this man doesn't believe in his words anymore. He is so tired ...where is his nice smile ?? His joyfull shining ? Gone !! He hardly can speak. its a pitty.
@Bennett5629 Hahahahaha!!! Perhaps he've got a new job, "The Undertaker" in Amsterdam...You know, everybody need to pay the rent...Oh guy, it is Monday Blues, and you have made my day...(and Bentinho is cool anyway)
I'm patiently waiting until the weekend when I get to patiently wait for pennies to drop ( or not) in your presence! :) Meanwhile I will revel in practicing patience and presence in peace
thank you for this .

Thank you Bentinho. My mind kept wanting to get away from watching this, but on the 7th time of listening, it began to become still- Brian

I was wondering when you'd send the next video, then I received this one asking me to be in Patience.
First time saw you in suit. You look so good in it.
Love.
And patience.

Sadly but interestingly, listening to a ticking clock in the background seems to negate the injunction to be patient.
