@Monkeysarentcool Hell yes, the new stuff is amazing in the game. The story isn't as great as Niko's or Johnny's story, but it kinda clears things up and fills in gaps. If you really got into the original story, I suggest getting both TLAD and TBOGT. If not, I'd still get it just for the added on stuff.
