None of the characters directly told u "I killed her". The evidence found in the peoples apartments were there from Garrett Mason trying to frame them.The hobo just admitted he killed a lot of women.All the husbands were picked for a reason to be framed because all of them had a bad relationship or argued a lot.

Two interesting things about this case:

1- The Garret Mason guy, the temp bartender, you actually see him for the first time BRIEFLY as the bartender at the Bamba Club in the red lip-stick case.

2- The name of the first woman he killed, Elizabeth Short, was actually a real person and real murder case. The Black Dahlia murder was also real too, but it's still unsolved even to this day.

@MrPedobearrr The only one that actually confessed to the murder was the insane hobo in 'the white shoe slaying'. I just finished the homicide desk and im pretty sure all the suspects in each of the murders were arrested based on the evidence at hand rather than their own admissions. The werewolf framed them all. For me that wrapped up some of the anomalies in some of the cases..

Huh, I was reading this all wrong apparently, the clues, the writings. I was totally under the impression that the Dahlia killer was in cahoots with someone. This doesn't explain the whole Tex deal, eff you BD, the whole "You wouldn't cut a fair deal" letters. I thought this was two killers communicating through murders...guess I'm even more paranoid than Phelps.
