  • nice landing

  • fantastic landing, nice approach, kudos!

  • Correct. It was the GPS approach to runway 25.

  • Bassboy, this would be on Runway 25. GKJ is my home base.

  • Not true. I have landed many, many times on these type of runways. As my dad taught me, the key is the length of the runway. If you think that you be landing long, he said to go around. No problem in the 10y that I been doing that in our baron.

  • which runway (7-25) at KGKJ was this???

  • rw 25.

  • @bassboy247365 Wait, GKJ like... MEADVILLE??!!! dude! just went there on my first IMC Cr. Cunt.

  • The brakin action was better than expected, they have put sand on th surface. On a piston aircraft without reverse that would be unsafe. The Kin Air handles this very well. One must exercise greatst caution when taxiing not to hit one of these snowbnks adjacent to he taxiways.

  • @okguido just wondering why would it be dangerous for a piston plane to land on a sanded rnwy. I'm a Cherokee and Senca driver and live in the U.P. of MI I land on sand all the time during winter.

  • thats not safe thats pure ice any jet aircraft would of slip of the runway
