  • wanninn wanninn duh !

  • Honkie SS, why don't you go to the Gulf of Mexico to save the ocean?

I know you SS never go there because BP is honkies' colonialist company, just friends of SS.

  • @frontfield1976 thanks for the laugh.. honkies? what a dumb shit you are

  • @frontfield1976 they´re going there right now... sea shepherd dot org for more info...

  • Watson is a terorist.

  • The whalers are terrorists.

  • @August13th1937 japanese are the terrorists they made a panzie move for no good reasonto bomb pearl harbor. i know we got them back and they started kissin our asses and now we defend them when war comes. screw japs

  • @NYYD3 Roosevelt wanted to participate in the war of Europe. Therefore he cornered Japan. Roosevelt looked forward to Pearl Harbor attack. 100,000 American youths were sacrificed by Korean War and Vietnam War. They lost lives by Roosevelt. Because Roosevelt presented China to communists.

  • Japanese don't believe in God because they have a bald headed dude. Anyways, the women warning the badass SS have a very poor english.

  • open letter to seascipo

drkuroneko told me you "blocked" him from further posting on this page? from my view point, thats just wrong! do you consider your position on this subject, so weak that it can't stand up to debate? what's next? in life...if you are dumb, surround yourself with smart people. if you are smart, surround yourself with smart people that disagree with you. actions can be wrong. debate/thought never is! i challenge you to "man up", unblock" him! don't be a sissy! debate is good

  • wow thats why everyone dismissed these guys when they wanna talk, and gives them a nice nod and then goes on like they never existed, tisk tisk a shame the whales are dead, now pass some more tuna and my sealskin boots.. you know the jist, but he was respectfull and talking to fish.. if he is blocked then thats screwd up.

  • BadFish, you are still around?

Google "JARPA peer paper" instead of "still waiting" something to happen.

  • for the most part, the scientific community, considers JAPRA to not be credible. i have never tried whale, but maybe it's tasty....but the mercury level is so high that's it's dangerous for long term health. there is no good reason for humans to still be killing whales! none! not ANY!!!

  • I don't know which "scientific community" you are referring to. Wiki's article on "Institute of Cetacean Research" seems to be clearly biased. For instance, it says "producing less than 1 research paper per year" when in fact the link that it sites lists 54 papers in 12 years. It also says "The Institute of Cetacean Research does not produce any peer-reviewed articles on cetacean science" which is clearly false.

One finding is that Southern minkes are not contaminated with much mercury.

  • Also, beef is contaminated with growth hormone and anti-biotic. It is also full of saturated fat. Plus, beef industry produces greenhouse gas. So, there is not good reason for humans to still be breeding/killing cows? None? Not ANY?

  • pepole gotta quit worryin about every little thing and just live, we always run into problems when we try and play god.

  • play GOD? like...maybe deciding who/what should live or die? might tell it to the Japs!

  • badfish, your earlier claim

""research" on over 11,000 whales. in those twenty three years, scientific data thus far ZERO!!!"

is clearly false, since it is impossible to produce papers without scientific data. Instead of admitting mistakes, you use racist words, and keep saying non-sense?

  • drkuroneko

ok data thus far...nothing substantial...happy now? as before, i ask you....post a logical reason for humans to kill whales, in these times. as you must admit, no human will starve if whaling stops.

your posts suggest, at least, average intelligence. why would you support whaling on a personal level? japan's research (or lack) is not their reason for whaling, you know this, and i know you know this! so what is your reason?

  • agin japanese discoverd a new species of whale, by doing these hunts as you call them, and as for the god comment, the japs dont belive in god lol..

  • maybe they should start!

  • Attention: asinine racist alert.

  • ? ?

  • "Japs" is a derogatory term referring to those of Japanese descent, which of course you're going to innocently claim you didn't know.

  • MYBADFISH1961 is too stupid I think to comprehend that Jap is derogatory.I had this arguement with him afew weeks ago.

I actually feel sorry for him.

  • Japs is no more derogatory than calling the British Brits. It is an abbreviation. And thats all. Only PC zealots like yourself, who feel they must emphasize their own subservient values upon the rest of us, make complaint. The people of Japan (and other nations) don't object. And why would they. Do you think the only terms used for us are what we believe we should be called.

  • ok dragon, maybe that was harsh, sorry. here are some facts for you to think about. since commercial whaling was banned in the mid 80's japan has done "research" on over 11,000 whales. in those twenty three years, scientific data thus far ZERO!!!

HOWEVER, cash made, just last year (2008) from whale meat, 61 Million dollars (american) ah-ha...a clue! could it be about the MONEY? these figures are from: the Villanova Environmental law journal, volume XX issue 1 enjoy your tuna!

  • well thats good in a way, but theres alot of scientific studys done by the japanese whalers that do make a diffrence.. many major discoverys about whales have been in last decade..

beyond that i know japans tradtion of eating whale meat, so its possible, but as far as i know that figures bullox for the nation of japan.. about 30 kg= $3000 loosely, so 61 million would be a lot of meat. black markets cheaper of course, but theres a good round dolor amount.

  • ok dragon...what "studies" by the japs are you referring to? is it something they only shared with you? no one else seems aware of it? where can i find and verify this?

  • still waiting......

  • well weve learned about the squad attacks on whales, the migration habbits.. plenty.. in 05 they discoverd a new type of whale by dna tests on some of these carcusses, id have to look up specifics on it been a while

  • o ok thanks, ill remember that nexttime im thinking about what to buy at the grociers, mabey some nice dolfin stuffed tuna, that way if i eat more dolphins there will be more fish for the whales, thanks so much o wise badfish who no-one could think made something up, and looks like a tool!

  • what a mature , well thought out reply....proof you are the moron i thought you were! enjoy your tuna.

  • agin im asking where did you find that number?

and for what year? really is it that hard to be like, look at the XxXX report?

  • i'm not your research flunky! get the FACTS, educate yourself, then, if you have an intelligent commit, post it. until then, don't show your ignorance, posting about something you so obviously know little, to nothing about.

  • ok my expert in marine biology, out of a thousand humans how many would have desieses that needed treated or studyed?, well if we cut that to 100 would it make a diffrence? corse theyre just big dumb hairy fish so mabey we can skip it.. and where did u pull the 1k whales anyways? never herd that figure ligitimently

  • this years number was 985...your posts show me you are not "worthy" of debate. go be stupid on your own time!

  • The Shepards do have a pritty cool looking ship tho dont they :P

  • SHIT With a Black pirate Flag ? My God id shoot these punks dead without hesitation. What the hell makes them think they have a right to harass someone like that.

  • what gives the Japanese the "right" to rape the worlds oceans?

  • A UN Charter? Trade and Written Allinces For Investigative Science? oh mabey after a autopsy we should be feeding the whales to the fishes i suppose.. ?

  • don't try the "research" bs. if they took a half dozen for actual research, ok BUT, they state a goal of 1000 whales. that math works out to SEVEN to NINE MILLION POUNDS of whale meat....that ain't "research"

  • I would say shoot at those motherf*ckers with a bazooka and kill those bastards!

  • they should shoot at the japs with rubber bullets.

  • They'd be considered terrorists and pirates by a lot of people then.

  • Terrorist...

  • terorists?

trying to stop ignorant cunts destroying a species is quite the opposite, they should throw petrol bombs at the nip cunts.

  • Sea Shepherd are a bunch of creepy violent males attacking working class people with chemicals.

Money donated to Greenpeace funds violence. I hope that any donations are not tax deductible under Australian law. If they are, then it's time to change their status.

  • Sea Shepherd=Al Qaeda

  • Excuse me? i get paid by my work. which happens to be in a field related to this. you gonna screw with me do your research and use your brain.

  • under Australian law, the acts of the Sea Shepherd conservation society and its members are acts of terror. The Australian Government does not support whaling, nor terrorism. so why exactly are they still free?

Terrorism is Terrorism. it is a serious offence, in some countries punishable by death.

being a 'Conservationist' does not give you the right to commit these acts.

  • Australia should stop the Japanese by enforcing Australian law! But they sent a non-armed ship to the Southern Oceans. The ship already returend with a few ugly pictures of killed whales. That was all. How can you stop armed killers without forcing them by actions to give in?

Next time, Australia should sent an armed ship to stop this illegal slaughter and violence!

  • would that not make us as bad as them? a life for a life? stop being racist, protest yes, by all means, but dont blame japan, its a lovely country with lovely people.

  • its called course of investigation.

and its not completely illegal, it has been sanctioned to an extent by the UN

  • Next time, the Australian Government should send an armed ship to enforce Australian law!

Before, every NGO has the right to stop the illegal Japanese poachers by any means!

  • not true, legally a court order anc only be served by an law enforcement offcial or authorized government offcial. if not, the order is void, same with enforcing laws.

  • if aus can go down in the same waters and arrest uraguay for killin toothfish, they can go down and arrest jpn, diff is jpn is a richer country

  • that was long investigation. and yes japan is richer and SANCTIONED (to an Extent) by the UN

  • NGO's have no right to enforce Australian Law in International waters. in australian.. yes..international no.

for the record, there is already an armed vessel in the southern ocean. the Sea Shepherd.

  • the other is the jpn coastguard, on board the whalin vessels, NGOs hav a right if they hav aus citizens on board, and that was the idea sea shepherd had, to make citiznes arrests, the waters are aus waters, jpn asked aus to arrest ss coz of wat they did in the waters, aus can only arrest them if there aus waters so obviously jpn recognises the waters as aus

  • the southern ocean is an international whale sanctuary. therefore international waters. and no, citizens arrests do not work like they do on the movies. the members on the sea shepherd had no authorization to board the Nisshin Maru, therefore commiting piracy under International laws.

  • i know how citizen arrests work, under the un charter for nature sea shepherd has the right to enforce conservation laws, piracy, no one knows wat the hell that means, if jpn thought it was piracy y didnt they just detain them, jpn didnt hav the right to hold them hostage, however the navy hav the right to board them so they shoudlve arrested them

  • 1. Piracy is: the boarding of another Vessel Illegally or with out Authorization.

    2. Hostage? the were treated as 5 star guest. the Captain himself gave up his cabin to them.

the navy do not have the right to board the Nisshin Maru yet, as there is no substantial evidence of Law breeching

  • the navy hav the right, as its aus waters, plus the japanese shot at sea shepherd thats attempted murder, i wouldve thought u knowin everythin bout law would know wat a hostage is, makin demands for ones release is holdin a hostage, plus they didnt contace ss, or oceanic viking until they could see it, ss hostages, tied up, assaulted, dunked in antarctic waters, they were only treated good wen they threatened to go on hunger strike

  • Negative, many flaws with your statement. Hostage taking is the act of holding a person or persons as a form of blackmail.

there is no attempted murder. show me the video, ill believe, but in my line of work, we would have got it verry promptly after the incident. also no evidence of assault.

besides. What do you care of one persons opinion? you will never sway me to your side.

so go back to your vegie patch or start researching.

  • isnt that was i said, terrorist hold hostages for western forces to leave, whalers hold hostages for ss to leave, its the same thin, did u not see the bullet that ss pulled out of watsons kevlar jacket, obviously ur not researchin enough, do u think ss would lie about somethin like this, afp will investigate it, jpn said they didnt tie up ss, but they did, u seriously believe them, ur more stupid than i thought, i dont care if i sway u or not coz u giv the impression of a smartarse

  • Im not AFP. its not just theire jurisdiction and the bullet 'pulled' did not come from a rifle. and again they were not hostages, they were legally detained under japanese law. which is permissible in the situation.

  • i didnt say u were afp, yes the japanese couldve legally detained them but they fuckd up and started to make demands, thats y they had to give them back and not take them to jpn, coz they knew they also were committin a crime, japanese law doesnt mean shit in aus waters, and even if u dont think there aus waters, it would be international law, u dont think ss hav lawyers who tell them wat they can and cant do, hav u seen the bullet in real life hav u, and their lawyers would know more than u

  • ss hav neva been convicted of a crime in 30 years how do u explain that if they are doin all these illegal things, obviously ur not as clued up as u think u r

  • THEY ARE NOT IN AUSTRALIAN WATERS. the part of the southern ocean they are whaling in is international. and for the record yes i have seen a bullet, i see many of them, i holster a .40 S&W Heckler & Koch USP on my right hip everyday. that bullet was a .38special round.

  • it doesnt matter wat the fuck it was the fact is it was a bullet, that was shot at watson and that is attempted murder, its as simple as that, if u could read i said i knew u would say that there not aus waters so international law would apply not jpn law, wat do u think their japanese waters

  • 1 the ship is registered to japan therefore under Japanese jurisdiction. two the reports and allegations made say that crew saw a 'coast guard official holding a rifle aiming at the sea shepherd'

they also didn't hear the shot, bringing more doubt upon the claim. all of the stories are far to similar to be completely legit.

show me the authentic video and ill give you more reason to disprove, until then leave me alone

  • maybe they didnt hear the shot coz it was timed with a flash grenade, u think the coastguard only has one weapon on board the ship, and u think they will still hav the weapon that fired the bullet, it will be lyin on the bottom of the ocean, along with any other evidence, uraguay ships are registered under uraguay but aus still arrests them in same waters, now why is that if its not aus waters, is the aus economic exclusion zone not aus waters as well, well the japanese whalers were there

  • Right personal attacks? I work in this field. i know this case quite well. yes i saw the .38special round pulled from the vest, which was not fired from a rifle. have you never heard the term "innocent until proven guilty"?

also note that the quota for the japanese was 375 minke whales and 50 endangered. they have got less than half of that amount. that quota was sanctioned by the UN making it COMPLETELY LEGAL. I do not support the whaling but i do not support terrorism in retaliation either.

  • wat an idiot, u think u know the case well, the quota was 935 minke whales and 50 fin whales, and it was goin to be 50 humpbacks but the yanks talked them out of killin them, how can jpn say that activist stop them killin 500 whales if u think they were goin to kill 425, u dont know shit mate, hav u seen the bullet in real life? ur facts on quota comment makes ur credibility low so how can anyone believe wat u say, jpn say they killed between 500-600, not 110 by ur numbers

  • 1 Yess i have seen a bullet. in fact i carry 13 .40S&W rounds in my Heckler and Koch USP on my right hip each day. what you know and what i know differ greatly, my position in my occupation allows this. id stop before you go too far. the actions of the Sea Shepherd are Not right, but nor are those of the Whalers. admit this, and we can all "live happily ever after"

  • no i said 'the' bullet, not a bullet, the one that was in the kevlar jacket, also y not comment on ur stuff up of quota, y do i need to stop are u goin to arrest me or sumthin, Sea Shepherd are committin no illegal acts and what they are doin is right, u might want to stop b4 u make a dill out of urself coz u think u know more than u do, ur prob just a security guard and thats y ur not that bright, the fed court judge thinks there our waters but u dont, i think fed judge knows law better than u

  • reckless endangerment, assault. 2 of many. and no im not a security gaurd, they dont carry semia autos. the bullet i saw that was pulled from mr watson vest, was that of a pistol. and i will not arrest you no, cos i do not have powers of arrest, but if i were to meet you, you'd wish i did.

  • no. i choose not to tell you to protect my identity and that of the Australian public. i got figures working my bad, but i didn't break international laws. the Fed court has made his judgment upon the evidence he was presented, we have more than he does.

  • well i just hope you dont follow thier actions and end up sitting across from me.

  • believe what you wish. do as you will, but remember the consequences will bite you in the arse. and i don't work for the Japaneses gov't i work for the aust gov't

  • Great Video SeaScipio :)

Lets hope next year is the last year these beautiful people helping protect the whales have to do so in the southern whale sanctuary ;)

    - m00g

  • First, Sea Shepherd or the IWC or any reasonable

nation has to stop the blooy Japanese whale killers!!!
