I really need to build one of these. I have an Orange AD30HTC, and I only run it through an Orange 2x12 cab. I can't get my master volume past 3 without the sound guy and my band bitching at me.
i guess you mic your amp right?? my question is when you used this, do they come some feedback of the microphone,,, cause a was thinking,,, sound comes out of the speaker then bounces into the baffle , then came into the mic mmmmm iam just thinking .............
@anaranjadoelectrico A good instrument mic is directional and won't pick up much sound that's coming from the back and the mic is pretty clos to the cone, so other noises are not loud enough.
The plexiglas is 4mm thick, standard size 100x50cm. The piano hinge is 90cm standard size. Just add some M5 nuts and bolt and you're done. I also put a small U-profile on the bottum edge of the plexi for protection.

I just went to a large hardware store.
