I was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Denomination for 12 years but I have now resigned my membership because I came to understand and realise that I am saved by faith and grace alone, not by works or personal Sabbath keeping that the SDA teach. I teach the gospel of justification, sanctification and righteousness by faith alone. But now most Adventists call me a child of Satan. Once I came out of Babylon/SDA I am set free in the grace and righteousness of Christ and I now see clearly.

Michael the Archangel is not an angel He is the "Archangel" or one who is over the angels. Michael is the only one mentioned in the Bible as an ARCHANGEL. Gabriel is only said to be an archangel by people outside the Bible. Michael or Jesus frequently appeared as an angel in the Old Testament. Eg., see Gen 16:10-14 If you need more proof let me know.

If you read Job 1:6-7 you will find that God does have more than one son. also you will find satan among them after being cast out, how is this possible? because he had the right after taking over adams rightful place as head of this world, satan is also called the prince of this world. Adam originally had the title as "the son of God", we can deduce that adam would have been involved in this heavenly council had he not fallen, and satan wouldnt have been legally able to attend.
Angel simply means messenger, Arch means top or highest messenger. Messenger of what? The messenger of the gospel or of God, and there was no higher messenger than Jesus. Saying that Jesus is Michael the Arch-Angel does not mean that he is a created angel. It means he is the highest/truest messenger. Jesus is God aswell as the savior, and messenger of God, He said if you have seen me you have seen the Father, He was and is Gods messenger, representative, and Son. It is logical and plausible.
Dan 10:13 is an identifier about who Michael is. Michael is (ONE OF)the chief prince(s) who helped, meaning there are others like him. How do you explain the plural forms in both cases, (one of) and prince(s)?
By claiming an archangel is Jesus you are saying God has more sons who are chief princes like Michael/the SDA Jesus. There is only one Jesus Christ He has never been called Michael in prophecy or any scripture. He is not -one of- anything else. There is one Son of God.

Since I think we both agree Jesus is God it would not be in error to say Jesus wrote the Ten Commandments in one video and refer to God being the author in another. You do know You that the the first 4 are about our relationship with HIM (Jesus, GOD) and the last 6 pertain to our relationship to our fellow man. You will notice the 4th starts with "Remember" because he knew man would forget.

Psalms 94:20 says: "Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee, which frameth mischief by a law?" Other translations on this text render it clearer. There's a Sunday Law coming, my friend. Read Daniel 2, 7, 8, 9, the whole chapter of Rev 13 and 17. A death decree awaits the people of God who keep the commandments of God and have the faith of Jesus. It's all about WORSHIP--either we worship God or worship the Beast who thought to have changed the eternal moral law of God.

Another point is that Jesus has many other different names in the bible I can think of at least 30, which all describe different sides to one being. They all show unique sides of one amazing individual, & revealing His divine character.

Michael comes from Hebrew: מִיכָאֵל / מיכאל (mee-KHA-el), meaning "Who is like God".

The angel in Gen 22 in an angel of the Lord not the angel of the Lord. Then archangel is still an angel and Jesus is not a created being. No where but in SDA Bibles and foot notes is Jesus called Michael. When Jesus asked Peter who he was Peter did not say "Thou are Michael"
Ok, we disagree. I find it clear that Jesus is Michael the Archangel, "Arch" meaning above the rest, and "Angel" messenger. Only Christ can demand the body of Moses from the Devil, not an angel. Only Christ can be called "your prince", not an angel. He cast the Dragon from heaven. Though it may seem irreverent to label Christ with the name "angel" in it, he is called also a lamb, shepherd, Emmanuel. This isn't an issue of salvation, it's doctrinal understanding. We can disagree amicably.

Very poor analogy when Jonah was sent to deliver a message of repentance and not a prediction of future events. Ellen White predicted false prophecy on several times and it failed. Jonah did not predict, He preached.
Bingolly you should check your facts. Matthew Henry, John Wesley and others who were all better students and scholars of the Bible than you or I, believed from their studies that Jesus is Michael. Not an angel though as you insist people are saying, which they aren't saying, but the chief messenger (which is what the Hebrew word means, not created being.) Cherubim and Seraphim are the angels that you think of with their wings and all, or however you picture them.

Where are Sunday Laws taught in the Bible? Do you admit that millions of non-adventists who had faith in Jesus as their Lord will be in heaven? Well millions of non-adventists do not keep the Saturday Sabbath, so that cannot be the WORKS of salvation. If the SDA message was crucial for salvation, God would have included it in the bible. I was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Denomination for 12 years but I have now resigned my membership because I came to understand and realise that I am saved by faith and grace alone, not by works or personal Sabbath keeping that the SDA teach. I teach the gospel of justification, sanctification and righteousness by faith alone. But now most Adventists call me a child of Satan. Once I came out of Babylon/SDA I am set free in the grace and righteousness of Christ and I now see clearly.

Michael the Archangel is not an angel He is the "Archangel" or one who is over the angels. Michael is the only one mentioned in the Bible as an ARCHANGEL. Gabriel is only said to be an archangel by people outside the Bible. Michael or Jesus frequently appeared as an angel in the Old Testament. Eg., see Gen 16:10-14 If you need more proof let me know.

This is the least of the issues SDA's are confused about. They're confused about the Mark of the Beast, the Antichrist, The observance of the Sabbath, the Lord's day, the book of Daniel and the list goes on. They are void of any biblical scholars in their church, and they have no apostolic succession of authority. They are certainly on the fringe of being a cult.

It says in one place that Michael was worshipped. Angels do NOT recieve worship according to Revelation 19:10. Angel in greek means "Messenger" and archangel means chief messenger. Jesus Is God, obviously he is not an angel. This would be blasphemy!

If you read Job 1:6-7 you will find that God does have more than one son. also you will find satan among them after being cast out, how is this possible? because he had the right after taking over adams rightful place as head of this world, satan is also called the prince of this world. Adam originally had the title as "the son of God", we can deduce that adam would have been involved in this heavenly council had he not fallen, and satan wouldnt have been legally able to attend.

Angel simply means messenger, Arch means top or highest messenger. Messenger of what? The messenger of the gospel or of God, and there was no higher messenger than Jesus. Saying that Jesus is Michael the Arch-Angel does not mean that he is a created angel. It means he is the highest/truest messenger. Jesus is God aswell as the savior, and messenger of God, He said if you have seen me you have seen the Father, He was and is Gods messenger, representative, and Son. It is logical and plausible.

Dan 10:13 is an identifier about who Michael is. Michael is (ONE OF)the chief prince(s) who helped, meaning there are others like him. How do you explain the plural forms in both cases, (one of) and prince(s)?
By claiming an archangel is Jesus you are saying God has more sons who are chief princes like Michael/the SDA Jesus. There is only one Jesus Christ He has never been called Michael in prophecy or any scripture. He is not -one of- anything else. There is one Son of God.

Only Michael accepts worship of the prophets. No angel (and Gabriel also) ever accepted the worship. If Michael is an angel, then how did he dare to accept worship? Only two entities accept worship: God and satan. Michael cannot be and is not satan.
I am not an SDA, and I know that SDAs are wrong about many things, but I think that they are right about this. And they're not the only one who think Michael is Jesus, and NOT an angel. I appreciate your work, Bingolly1, but disagee in this.

Dear friend, I'm afraid you may have taken Dan 10:13 slightly out of context. It seems this Micheal was simply a prince of Persia as he stayed with the kings of Persia. Also because of the term"the archangel" and not "an archangel" It infers that there is only one archangel which supports that sda view. Please post the verses that show more than one arch angel. Or the chief messenger. That is a far cry from saying Jesus is a created angel like Gabriel. Who is Michael? Jude 9, the archangel. Who is the archangel? 1 Thessalonians 4:16 tells us. "The LORD HIMSELF shall descend from heaven with a shout, WITH THE VOICE OF THE ARCHANGEL." Who has the voice of the archangel? The LORD himself. This is referring to the LORD Jesus coming back the 2nd time. With it the shout, voice, trump, wake the dead. Whose voices raises the dead? John 5:25,28,29.

Ask yourself. Where is the Sabbath command ever renewed in the New Testament? All other commands are renewed so where is the command to renew the Old Testament Sabbath? Then ask..where is any verse in the New Testament that commands gentiles to observe the Old Covenant Sabbath? Then try to find one document where any person in the first 3 centuries talked about Christians observing any day but the Lord's Day as a day of worship. Thanks

continued from my other post: As far at the first church keeping the Sabbath, the bible is a good place to start: Acts 13:14, 42, 44, Acts 16:13, Acts 17:2, Acts 18:4, Matthew 24:20 And even Sabbath in the new heaven and new earth: Isaiah 66:22-23. And my videos are not for the SDA, but to help others avoid falling into the sda pit. Adventist have their mind made up, but on occasion I find and adventist who actually studied what I have shown them and moved away from the false sda teachings. Only God can persuade their hearts. I just want to show others there is real truth out there without adding to the bible and if a person steps away from the created sda confusion they will see the truth.

Psalms 94:20 says: "Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee, which frameth mischief by a law?" Other translations on this text render it clearer. There's a Sunday Law coming, my friend. Read Daniel 2, 7, 8, 9, the whole chapter of Rev 13 and 17. A death decree awaits the people of God who keep the commandments of God and have the faith of Jesus. It's all about WORSHIP--either we worship God or worship the Beast who thought to have changed the eternal moral law of God.

The bible does say that the mark of the beast is about the the people who do not keep ALL of GOD's Commandments. Didn't Jesus say he did not come to destroy the law but to fullfill it? Didn't Jesus keep all of the Commandments including the FOURTH one. So The Son (Jesus) created this world, not the Father. Michael is the only one that is reffered to as an 'archangel', which can mean "The Highest Messenger", also look for this 'Angel' in the O.T where he redeems and receives worship. If you have trouble identifying Michael as Jesus, Compare Zecariah 3:2 & Jude 1:9. Good Luck!

Seventh Day Adventist believe that the Archangel Michael is not an angel but is instead , the divine Son of God. In this view "archangel" means "head of the angels" rather than "head angel," and is a title similar to "Prince or Leader of the host." (Daniel 8:11)
Another point is that Jesus has many other different names in the bible I can think of at least 30, which all describe different sides to one being. They all show unique sides of one amazing individual, & revealing His divine character.

Let me make the Michael/Jesus connection clearer through another example. First let it be understood the meaning of the word angel is "messenger".(Gen22)..Angel of the LORD called to him from heaven and said, "Abraham, Abraham!"
So he said, "Here I am.".."for now I know that you fear God, since you have not withheld your son, your only son, from Me."
The Angel of the LORD says "have not withheld your son from ME". Therefore, identifying Himself AS God. Jesus is both a Messenger and ARCHangel!

Ok, we disagree. I find it clear that Jesus is Michael the Archangel, "Arch" meaning above the rest, and "Angel" messenger. Only Christ can demand the body of Moses from the Devil, not an angel. Only Christ can be called "your prince", not an angel. He cast the Dragon from heaven. Though it may seem irreverent to label Christ with the name "angel" in it, he is called also a lamb, shepherd, Emmanuel. This isn't an issue of salvation, it's doctrinal understanding. We can disagree amicably.

Did Jonah's prophecy about the destruction of Nineveh fail? Maybe not, because the city was transformed for good and not bad-distruction. So the change happened in any event, and they chose right way- the better way. But many expected a destruction as it was prophesied.
So I think it would be logical to be open minded and give Jonah a break as he was probably happy with the result. We should be glad that Jesus did not come in 1844. Are you ready now???????????????

Very poor analogy when Jonah was sent to deliver a message of repentance and not a prediction of future events. Ellen White predicted false prophecy on several times and it failed. Jonah did not predict, He preached.

Bingolly you should check your facts. Matthew Henry, John Wesley and others who were all better students and scholars of the Bible than you or I, believed from their studies that Jesus is Michael. Not an angel though as you insist people are saying, which they aren't saying, but the chief messenger (which is what the Hebrew word means, not created being.) Cherubim and Seraphim are the angels that you think of with their wings and all, or however you picture them.
