That kind of makeup doesn't look good on everyone. You have beautiful big almond eyes, mine aren't as large so if I add shadows close to the lash line, they would barely be visible. I really like how you did that though, looks great! Are you a professional?

Yes you can use visine as a mixing medium. I use it all the time!! It only doesn't make the eyeshadow waterproof. It does make it hard for the makeup to come off though! The cheapest eye sealer I have found is by NYC. You can find it al the drugstore and it works just as good as MAC. Bonus it is only 2.99. Who can beat that?
