@pepeelenatico While Amalaki has Vitamin C, is is not the only reason why it works. As I show in the article associated with this video, it has well documented cholesterol lowering benefits which Vitamin C alone doesn't show. That being said, one would have to take extremely high levels of Vitamin C before becoming toxic (LDL 50 - 11,000mg per KG of body weight) and loose bowels would limit high dosing way before one would reach toxic levels. Recommended dose is 2000mg a day.

Dr Douillard, although I believe in free speech I think this person hexcane is completely toxic and vicious. I have no problems with constructive criticism. However, this person does not do this. I am tired of his discussing comments. Please consider removing his mean, evil comments. Keep up the good work Dr Douillard
