For those who think being big means your strong, You have a mis-guided conception of what strength is. Yes you probably are strong, but what this video is hinting at is being mentally strong also. If you are "big" try and run about 8 miles and see if you fail miserably. If your skinny try and bench press 315 and see if you fail miserably. Strength has a variety of meanings.
Be careful when judging someone by their size, big muscles do not mean you are a badass.
for a sec i thought "why is the Nike commercial guy wearing saucony runners?" and then---- oh... saucony have commericials too? never seen one before!
@tubermann1 A "skinny guy" may be able to finish a marathon where the body builder "strong" guy may be able to lift 500lbs. They are different forms of strong
@MrAllevian Lifting that piece of metal five times may have years of patience, dedication and pain behind it. When you respond to someone like this, youre lowering yourself. It is not strong.
In most cases..talking about dedicated bodybuilders it might be true what you say.
But hey- I once decided in my life to let idiots know that they are some. And this is how I like it. It jst ain´t fair to let them remain in ignorance about it.
@MrAllevian Different sports, different ways of training the muscles, different capabilities, different achievements. But same dedication, passion, and will.
Are you aching after you run? Well Trevelyan Technologies might have the answer for you with its application called ‘Wet Test’ that helps select the correct shoe for you foot type in three easy steps that will help reduce you risk of injury from sport. Check out our blog for more details at trevelyantechnologies.blogspot.com or go straight to iTunes to buy it direct at itunes.apple.com/tr/app/wet-test/id419599088?mt=8. We can fit any foot, just give us a shot.
i love the participation of the computer committee criticizing "Jesus's" foot landing.. Maybe you'd like to make a video and show us along with some of your times.
@forleif There's nothing wrong with landing on the heel, but slapping the front of the foot down like a champ (like jesus here) isn't ideal. If you watch the 'geometry of strong' video, that is the kind of running that jesus should have been running with. Especially wearing a shoe like the kinvara
@huyly Heal striking is when you land on your heels. If you ever watch Anton Krupicka run you'll notice he is landing on the balls of his feet, not heels. Its easy to hurt yourself if you do long distances with heel strike.
@MrMakan1 Okay, so it is NOT easy to hurt yourself if you heel strike. Just because you heel strike doesn't make you prone to injury. Don't make stupid claims that don't even make sense.
@dragonis12345 Yeah thats good but when your done beating the hell out of the gator don't forget you have to chop down a whole bunch of trees so can build a log cabin. So that way you got a place to sleep in between bear fights!
Very inspiring, awesome commercial - love it and LOVE the hurdler.... nice touch and nice direction for Saucony. Great variety of athletes and beautiful photography. This might just get this old lady up and moving.
@MrRobeezy29 The voice over sounds very cliche. Reminds me of ads in the early 90's. The scenes are very cliche as well, like stock shots. Men jogging at the top of mountains and sunsets/sunrise.
@dorinff I get it...it is because I put on my sauconys EVERY morning for my early (4:45 am or earlier) runs that I have the "strong" to get through whatever the day has in store for me. "Bring it on" is my mantra!
@overthehills92 just found the "what is strong 'long hair' guy" on Saucony's Facebook page. His name is Andrew Gray McDonnell. Looks like a runner and surfer from his Facebook pic. I think i saw him in a Stub Hub commercial too.
Each trial that is presented in the clips is feats that takes allot of our energy and strength to complete. I hope this encourages fat people.

Each trial that is presented in the clips is feats that takes allot of our energy and strength to complete. In the process, it makes up week, but those who dig deep down within one self and with a pair of SACONY BY, their side are able to concern any obstacles that one is face with. Hence, you see in each clip everyone either gets to the top of a hill or is in the process of accomplishing this task
