I have watched both Lethal and Dangerous Motion. Dangeous teaches you way better with on screen text, multiple over the shoulder and verbal hints and tips and slow motion.
Lethal is straight on, like the system with no verbal instruction and no on screen text.
If you are deciding, get Dangerous Motion. It is much better produced and has a few more flourishes in it.
