  • very nice, the only algae i ever isolated was protathecia a non photosynthetic algae. it was a septic condition , the patient had sickle cell.

  • well in order to Extract DNA. We Need to First put a few peas in a blender and Turn it into soup, now with the cell soup pour it into a strainer and then use dishsoap and then use Seasoning(dont use too much) and then We Pour it into a Glass With Isropyl alchohol and make sure stringy stuff appears that is the dna you are going to cross.

  • interesting actual algae cells... can you genetically modify them?(this may require DNA extraction from many different Plants) i suggest a apple.
