These are not good parents. You can allow your kids to express themselves without using cuss words, and in one tv interview the boy was even jumping on top of cars. They are not taught respect of property, or manners. The father knew this, that is why he avoided the question. Just watch the wife swap program, she also is a floor mat that also allows the kids to do as they please. Its called lack of parenting.

Wow...I must be the world's biggest hypocrite because I cuss, but I do not allow my 12 yr old and 7 yr old to cuss! Even if they are singing a song that has cussing in it, I put my hypocrite foot down and make them say another word instead of the swear word. Its disgusting that he says the can swear in the home but not outside of the home yet the asshole posts a video that the whole world can see and its of the kids swearing! Hes a fucking hypocrite! I have raised my kids with morals & values uncommon to todays parenting, I know, but I can bet a million dollars that my kids have never purposely hurt another kid at school or swear. In fact, they get mad at me if I let one slip by. I guess my kids would be considered "nerds" cuz they have manners!
