  • HI nice plane and you seem to know what you are doing. I'm in Louisville and am looking for a place where I can meet people and take lessons , before I buy one.

I you have a suggestion or know, please tell me

    Thanks for the video

  • Is this still for sale? How much? Trailer avail?

  • Grinner777, boa noite , entre em contato, aguardo seu email, grato ass Luiz

  • Very Nice, would love to see more details on the engine conversion.....

  • Nice Kolb.Really like the 4-stroke power also. How well does it compare to the 912 Rotax? Is it based at KM21?I'd really like to get a look at the conversion / installation. Thanks for posting this!

  • Looks Beautiful and sounds great!

  • Thanks and the conversion adapter is my design.

  • I appreciate actually seeing complete takeoff and climbout angle; this is much more valuable than simply posting "horsepower" figures. I can tell this enngine has real guts with the short takeoff/climb. Which conversion plans for this setup? Thanks for posting.

  • Nice. Sounds great too...

  • Up and off the ground waaaay before the numbers. Gotta love the performance of a properly powered Kolb...:) Can't wait to finish mine...sometime next year...:(

  • @ATLRCFlyer

Yes climb suffers a little because the prop is pitched for cruise and top end.

It will do Vne from cruise in a heartbeat.....well maybe ten seconds.

  • Very nice,are you using a C drive,

  • How's that set up working for you since you put a few hrs on it? What kind of hp are you talking?

  • @lndc1

Working very well. No issues after adding another oil cooler. One slightly larger than the original would have been perfect. The way the prop is pitched, climb solo w/half fuel is 1100'/min., will do Vne (100 mph) from 75 mph @ 5200 rpm in about 10 seconds straight and level IAS is very accurate. HP=about 90 at the climb rpm I'm using.

    3 gal/hr @75 mph.

  • Nice video
