Awesome song.Everytime I hear this song I can't get the image of Michael J.Fox out of my head on that skateboard hitching a ride on the back of the car bumpers to get to school in Back To The Future one of the greatest movies ever made.
a few years ago they played at the dixon may fair in dixon calif. apparently one of the band member's dad was the mayor of a nearby town called suisun
Oh man. When I was in preschool I heard a Huey Lewis and the News song on the radio and I was hooked. I definitely thought he was the coolest person in the world. Of course, I was about 4 years old...
Thank you so much for uploading this. I had it on tape in '87 and played it until it was dust. I haven't seen or heard this version since 1992 and it is my favourite. I knew that Chris Hayes played two solos on the song and that the second one was very major, now I know that it was played over the chorus and that it was pentatonic. This is the biggest thrill I have ever had on YouTube. Thank you so much. I have been missing this video since '92 and looked everywhere to buy it.
