@TheCommentitious You need to first unlock using your administrative password. You need to go to setting> click network for example> on the down left corner,there is lock icon- click there and enter your administrative password. and hence it is unlock. now try the process described in video.

@will83tnt it didn't stop your internet working, the IP just stopped working. sometimes after a while, it stops working and therefore says that the browser cannot connect to the internet. then you just have to try a different ip address, or just keep using your own. there's no need to call me a 'bitch' either way. get some manners. thanks :)

I used it and my ip address change didn't last long, and ever since then I've been having some funky things happen on my browser. At one point it got redirected from here: securesoftconnection.ru/aposte­/index.php then to google's home page.

@12express the IP doesn't work for a long time, because it expires. You're lucky if it works for more than 1 hour. I have personally never had issues with changing my ip address or redirected, things like that, but it is possible. If it is connected to the IP i know that it often redirects, but if the IP is off, I don't know. Sorry
