Ok so iof I bot and alch with a huge risk of ban, it will cost me 1M from 62-70 mage, if I AFK strain with fire strike on this, yet stay on my jkeyboard so no ban will happen, it will cost me about 650K, i prefer this method. :D

There's no rule that states you can't attack something then go afk. They advise you to not go afk, but it's not a rule. There's no 3rd party software used so it's completely within the rules.

Agreed. Since no macro is taking place and combat is commenced, it's impossible to ban you given the current rules. Even though there may be a discussion regarding this type of training as bannable, its no more to be regarded than snake oil. As long as no third party software is being used, everything is A-OK. For the paranoid, turn off all your chat features. You cannot be regarded as AFK based on chat reply alone!
