detonation only happens when the air/fuel mixture gets too hot and explodes before the piston reaches top dead center and before the spark pulg fires. having 2 spark plugs burns the mixture more efficiently creating more power

I love mercedes vehicles sooo much. Specifically the SL65 AMG, I want one sooo bad, but sadly I'm many years away from ever being able to afford one. By the time I can, what will have become of Mercedes? 20 years from now, I'll be 40, and then what? What will the latest SL model look like then? More importantly would I still want the ancient SL 65? My dream car today? Will I be able to even find one? I love Mercedes quality and power very much.

Exactly, I've been in CL65 & it feels heavy, toooo luxury with adjustable seats back -- a rich man's car who has no passion for driving; I had a e39 540 with M-pack at that time & wanted to own a MB, but reconsidered soon. I'll always go with BMW, & if I can afford 2cars, it'll be Porsche

the horsepower is 612hp with 1000Nm. it had to be restrangde from 1100Nm, to save the gearbox.
