• the two top comments are so true in so many ways

  • Be sure to watch "FULL JUSTICE" now on Youtube. It's a brand new ORIGINAL SONG/VIDEO depicting the life and struggles of MLK.

  • more angel in the sky....destroy by the hate...

  • Malcolm X inspired more gang violence than al capone

  • @timmeh231 No, al capone IS gang violence

  • @timmeh231 NO ! Malcolm X inspired self-defence , which is law. Everyone has the right to defend themselves.

  • Martin luther was victim of British propeganda that Gandhi was great . Gandhi was very sympathatic towards aggressors while considering the defenders as terrorists.

  • Martin Luther King & Gandhi were clearly great men, who believe in Love, Peace & Justice for "All" Mankind.

They believed in non-violence & their methods were peaceful.

They were both killed violently & assassinated on the orders of the "ILLUMINATI.

In fact if you conduct a proper research, you find that many important & famous people have been murdered by the ILLUMINATI...!

The global leaders are calling the shots for decades & will continue, until the people of the world, stand up to them

  • @Christopher41791

They themself were promoted by illuminati.

  • @Christopher41791 Gandhi and King had very different views on race. Gandhi believed in racial segregation and he believed in the Hindu caste system. He believe in freedom for all of mankind. He only wanted freedom for upper caste Indians.

  • Both Martin Luther and Gandhi were creation of British Colonials to send message to the world that "Don't fight with us but beg and we migh give" . These puppets were used against all Freedom Fighters of their countries and in the end were given the power to rule that country under the supervision British but give false sense of freedom that never came.

  • @IndianDesii

I don't agree, MLK, for instance, never sent a message that invited waiting for a "gift", as you say. That is not non-violence, he fought for freedom, understanding all the while that violence has not, does not, and will not give liberty to the people.

  • @Djpopel

While I will agree that non violence in it's purest form can get a people erased if they don't fight back eventually - every action of counter violence only further protracts any conflict. In this situation retaliating to the police only further encourages and adds to the list of grievances felt by the racist whites.

The theory as I see it is you play the conscious of the other. Make them judge their actions by realizing they are the aggressor.

  • Russians discovered Lithium in Afghanistan in their war in the 1980's. google: nytimes lithium: if you will. Why did this News only come out spring of 2010? I tell you why...because 'they' knew it all along that Lithium was there!! OF COURSE 'they' know. They know everything! They ARE the CIA, and the NWO!! It is easy to get soldiers to be Patriotic and 'wave the flag' of their country...all do it. No matter what country they are from. Pay attention to WHY you want to go really go to war...

  • Its so funny when people say you cant put out fire with fire.

People love repeating phrases they heard because then THEY DONT HAVE TO THINK

you hippie douchebags have obviously never been in the boyscouts. how do you put out a brushfire? you set a counterfire.

"Non-violent protests+ beating of people NOT fighting back+sympathy=freedom!!!

LOL! so your tactic is: we get the shit kicked outta us and then people will like us and we will be free!

So how has that worked out?

    RESIST PEOPLE!

  • @DJpopel How has it worked out? We have a black president for one...

  • a non-violent mind is the most powerful weapon that we have at our disposal.

    for truth always percieves untruth.

truth is God God is truth

nothing beats God...not even chuck noriss. haha

  • George W. Bush saw this video and hit the dislike button....says it appeases the terrorist

  • Violence is not the key to solution, it is the lock.

The key to solution is an open mind.

Violence only leads to a shut door between persons, feelings and comprehension.

  • OK I am all for peaceful measures. But there are times where one must stand their ground. Using force in certain situations is needed just as well. If someone breaks into your home to you shoot them or do you just stand there? Mad props to MLK for what he has done.

  • Force is used only by the incompetent and unenlightened. Egotism needs to be replaced by altruism for the cycle of violence to end.

  • thank you for posting the most enduring message...

  • King's nonviolent approach is more reasonable than a violent reaction to injustice or brutal treatment. The violent method to obtaining freedom is a method of suicide. When looking at the very slim odds of winning a physical battle against the white man who has all the advanced weaponry, a diplomatic approach makes more sense. You can't put fire out with fire.

  • Thank you Dr. King. Anybody who does not think we need a holiday to celebrate the life of this great man does not understand what America stands for.

  • if only i could breath n talk in the samr room as mr king

  • It sounds stupid to actually have classes where you teach people how to not fight back when you're being roughed up. There was an instance where black men stood and watched as police beat a woman. Nonviolence or not you're not a man if you'd just stand by and let police to that to a woman.

  • when was the u.s. govt controled media influenced... (INFLUENCED) try to influence the outcome of a national election.????

  • an eye for an eye will only make every1 blind.

  • Sometimes the only way to learn is the hard way.

  • see 2012 the song - harry loco

    PEACE IS THE WAY !

  • A non violent approach is a powerful weapon.

  • i believe in martins words

    non violant

    but just once

wouldent you have like to see him say

"which mother fucker hiy me wit a rock"

or call up his boys and say like

"jesse, did u see who threw that rock jesse"

  • He was truly a KINGGGGGGGG!

  • ahimsa concept (non-violence) is one thing. Passiveness != non-violence. GANDHI non-violence is another thing, a psychological passive dumb atitude. Gandhi was psychotic, saying in 1947 that the jews should commit suicide before being killed.

  • You have just as much chance of getting killed by one's enemies using non-violence as you would using violence "against" one's enemies.

  • Probably more so.

  • Ghandi is No-Violence #1!

  • "God gave me the message, Gandhi gave me the method" -Martin Luther King Jr

  • this is sincerly to _ prophetbyronmotley (

what do u mean Muslims are killing peeps ONLY? yea there has been some but only out of revenge and anger because no1 was listening to their silent cry when America was bombing their villages and it didn't even make the head Lines

u think non Muslim based organizations haven't committed TERRORISM?

CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS invasion of south America?

    KKK? NAZI? KING HENRY?? CIA??

    ILLEGAL INVASION IN IRAQ

DAY AND NIGHT BOMBS IN PALESTINE BACKED BY AMERICA?

  • plz NON violent my ass in 1967 a black women was begging stumped on by white police men and full grown black men were just standing around saying WE WILL OVERCOME THEM WITH THE CAPACITY OF LOVE thats bullshit it responsibilty once a sister is getting hurt u dont turn to the other cheek as MLK argued u do u not moral nor civil but HUMAN duties and help her

MALCOM X ' anyone moderate in the pursuit of happiness is no man at all'

MALCOM X ALL THE WAY HE SAID IT LIKE IT IS AND WASN'T SCARED! HERO!

  • Thus continue the cycle making is harder to stop meaning more of our brothers and sisters are getting hurt. X turned away from the violent movement by the way.. he realized the error of it all. If you use violence, or advocate it, do not come crying to anyone about the use of violence against you....

  • well said... but you forget one thing... you forgot to quote gandhi... "should you too abide by the philosophy relating to revenge, namely 'an eye for an eye,' the whole world will go blind.' Ensuing chaos. Should the countries attack each other for every wrong move... blacks against blacks, whites against whites, black white, white black............ although i too find it difficult, im sure that we can live in harmony. After all.. we did have black and white TV, and not white and black TV.

  • reading my comment again... i did use economised language to pass on my concept in a limited character box.. but please take the gist of my humble words as truth...

  • I find it difficult to disagree.

  • it is impossible to be non-violent when confronting nazis, fascists, imperialists, colonialists, communists, and capitalists etc. Non-violence just sounds like a person willingly allowing your enemy to just kill you. it doesnt make sense. i commend MLK for his altruism but im not here to love my enemies or to die for them. jesus died on the cross so we wouldnt have to, therefore im fighting! there's no excuse to be non-violent!

  • Thats exactly the point, just as Gandhi's theory shows. Using violence against violence only creates more violence. How does the cycle end when all you teach is violence? It can't. It is a matter of overcoming the violence, being better then your opponent. You don't die for your enemies, you die for the right of truth. You are accepting the result of your actions, prison as King and Gandhi did, for justice.

It worked in India, thats proof. It will differ under every situation but it can work.

  • so what if using violence only creates more violence? the animal kingdom is violent. humans are violent too. only a fool would allow another person to physically abuse them or oppress them. if a person is going to die for "truth", then why lay down and die, why not die fighting for truth? and do you claim to know the "truth"? who cares if a person uses violence to get the violent oppressor from abusing them?

  • so what? so it creates more, and NEVER ends ever. I have no idea what the truth is, nor do I think anyone else does, i don't think non-violence will solve every problem, but obviously through the use of violence, as history shows it creates more and doesn't solve the problem.

  • im sorry but if some racist person, crazy person, police force, or any type of tyrannical fascist government force tries to harm me or my family i will defend myself. isnt that just logical? the oppressors use violence to oppress people, and, when the oppressed people resist with violence, it creates a cycle of violence. thats just too bad. if a people have been enslaved by their very own countrymen, what do you expect them to do? forgive them and allow them to continue their carnage? OR FIGHT!

  • And if Dr. King had lead the Black people of this nation down the path you advocate, we would have had ANOTHER so-called "civil" war here, with untild bloodshed and suffering. Dr. King stood on --principle-- and THAT'S why the civil rights movement succeeded. History speaks for itself, 'nuff said??

  • when you say the "civil rights movement" succeeded that is your opinion, and i strongly disagree. and so what if another civil war occurred in america anyway? and not all "black" people follow, believe, and agree with MLK's ideology. MLK is not a leader for all "black" people, he is a leader for those people who wish to follow him. i totally reject non-violence, i reject christianity, and i reject gahndi's philosophy as well. i am not pro-war, but i am not non-violent, you get it ? !

  • So basically you are against war (maybe for in some circumstances) but at the same time you don't mind using violence yourself, or don't mind others being violentto get their message accross?

  • Violence has nothing to do with gettin a message across. The people on trial here are the violent racist-terrorist white americans. Blacks have to decide on the best way to defend themselves from fascist whites. Non-violence is a great objective, but it is impossible in a fascist country like america. America is still draped in violence. Self-defense is natural and logical! America is violent against iraq, and afghanistan, etc, etc. And white police still kill black people in america daily.

  • Yeah you're right that self-defence is natual and logical but there's a fine-line between self-defence and revenge. And the biggest problem is that often self-defence of any level is seen as aggressive revenge. However, the main reason I agree with MLKjs non-violence policy is that one act of violence ALWAYS leads to another, revenge may as well be another word for murder. If the cycle ain't broken it'll just continue until everyone involved is dead or in hospital. NV stops the cycle immediately

  • Not revenge, self-defense and justice. There were no laws to put fascist white terrorists and barbarians in jail for their crimes of murder against blacks. therefore the blacks just simply had to defend themselves and create justice for themselves. Those whites who kill deserve to be killed. That's equality, not revenge. Either we all live, or we all die. Its not fair that blacks should die, and whites should live and go free. I could care less about any cycles of violence.

  • What a gem this is...THX!

  • When was this intervies taken?

  • All the Biafran leaders representing us now in Aso Rock should bear in mind that most of the were there for their own selfish end or purpose. They are there fighting for their individual pockets, not for the interest of Biafrans -those people they are representing. What account have you give when God asks you " where is your brother as He asked Cain those days in the Bible?" We the entire Biafra must be our brothers keeper not killers. Unity will stand, but disunity we shall fall. Rise and shine

  • But then when Nazis, terrorists, and racists threaten the world, violence is necessary.

  • no your wrong, you gotta stand up in a non violent way and that can be done when anyone attacks no matter how powerful

  • Being a non-violent person doesn't make you weak. It makes you strong. We all know what violence does. It destroys.

  • @KingPorus I agree. It's the stronger person who endures violence and does not retaliate, than those who retaliate out of anger/fear/pain. Non violence is a serious undertaking, and many adversaries do all they can to provoke a response suiting one they can understand.

  • what year is this interview from?

  • Without Lincoln(for freeing slaves) and Gandhi (for inventing practical nonviolence) the civil rights movement could not have taken place.

  • Practical nonviolence has been around for hundreds of years (see Jainism, or the teachings of Jesus), Gandhi is a more RECENT (though admittingly not perfect, but obviously quite profound) leader in active nonviolence.

Innacurate putting a politician that held office during a time of civil war, whom acted to maintain the Union by violent means... with Gandhi and King's very different and more active roles in NONviolent methods.

  • true but, not true. there would have been many rebellions most unsuccesful but it is these great leaders [MLK and Malcom X] that help us through.... i reckon non violence, was just as good as the violent protests. without one the other would not have looked so great

  • Great video!

  • The world wide Muslims should be taking notes! Killing people's families and children WILL NOT gain you sympathy! Martin Luther King was killed, and yet he took no lives! They would already had their own sovergn nation in Palenstine by now if the blood of women and children didn't cover their hands! And quit excusing violence already!!! I don't want to hear why "it's ok to kill women and children,"because it's not!!!

  • "By any means necessary," would've had USA's tanks rolling over churches in black neighborhoods! Martin Luther King preached the ONLY path we could've taken to victory! Non-violent protests+ beating of people NOT fighting back+sympathy=freedom!!!

  • I agree on what you are saying. If people would live up to leaders before us that doesn't engage into differnt violent activities. I agree that killing people's families and children WILL NOT gain the killer any sympathy at all. For a reason that all demacrates feel that if war is happening go along with it

  • Why we Americans resist violence with more of it? Agh

  • Why not less violence in the Gaza strip? Killing Jewish women and kids will not win Muslims sympathy!

  • It's not going to stop until people stop resisting evil people.

  • That's the point Jesus Christ made while he was on earth!

  • Hmmm, that's weird. The christians don't follow the principle of non-resistance to evil.

  • Martin Luther King was a Christian!

  • Ghandi style

  • EXACTLY WUT JESUS HAD 2 PUT UP WITH

  • Wow he made MLK defend the non violence approach, never looked at it that way.
