@cadwalladee I record the song, then play it back 50% slower while I record the video and lip sync along to it. (It's kind of hard singing to a song at half speed!). Then I speed the video up by 50% so it matches the original tempo of the song-- then my mouth is moving at the "right" speed but all my regular motions are sped up. Just a change of pace from the normal "sit in front of the camera and sing" bit. :-)
