YES! God Bless you for this effort. All of Homeland Security is a breach of habeus corpus, probable cause, reasonable search and seizure, arrest (miranda), and if they move off of Federal jurisdiction (presumably airports- but even that I question) will be TOTALLY a violation of the constitution.

The right of Privacy! The right to representation where people ratting on you are sworn to never divulge the inquiry nor their testimony. TERRIBLE.
