Even if you could get a 5 hp or whatever it is, to go 40 mph, its acceleration would be slow as FUCK because the gearing would be to high, and the second it came to an upwords hill it just slow to a stop. As far as a can remember I have not said anything rude to the kid that posted the video. The other kid was being a dick..
