As for the pockets for adding extra padding, I just cut slits in the flight suit and add padding from the inside, then there is nothing to catch on the outside.

You might want to sew a seam around the slits though as mine are fraying now and required repair.

why would you want to? once you get shot up then that suit will be ruined and you will have to make a whole new one.

ya that is the guy i recognized him from some were great job on the video!!! Tip: use velcro (hook and loop tape) for the parches so it will stay closed when you go froward and backwards.

Great job! One thing I did notice that might help a few out is that your iron was set on steam during your patch ironing. Any thing I have ever ironed on recommended a dry iron- that being one with the steam turned off.
