Sales tip for you younguns.... The proper answer for what do you want is...make me an offer you won't back out of. Then the reply if they name a price is...You need to set your sights a little higher....
hahah :) i've never sold anything, and this is drews first sale. if the guy actually came to buy it. he was supposed to come yesterday drew was selling it to the guy for 1700, but he wanted 2000.
:) yeah, i don't ever sell anything either. there was a guy who was gonna come buy a simplicity from me, and he never came. that was pretty much as close as i've ever come to selling something. almost sold a bolens to mike and sean one time, sean gave me 50 bucks. but they never picked which bolens they wanted, and then sean just said to keep the money, and put it toward parts and stuff. :) worked for me. We pretty much always keep our intentions secret when we buy cars/trucks/tractors

I have a bad habit sometimes of when i buy stuff to get over anxious - specially if its a great deal - like when i bot my 85 mastercut- guy says " throw me an offer" - so i said " $25? " ( which was seriously low balling it - BUT he did want it gone tho) and he said " ok" - man i couldnt hand him the money fast enough and put the tractor on the truck- specially since it was in decent shape and had a bagger.
