  • The Bruce Lee 20 min routine that you can find in Art of Expressing Human Body Bruce used for remainder of his life and it is the following:

    Clean and Press 2 x 8

    Squats 2 x 12

    Barbell Pullovers 2 x 8

    Bench Press 2 x 6

Good Mornings 2 x 8 (use little weight!)

    Barbell Curls 2 x 8

The point of each excercise is to get you BREATHING! Oxygen is the fire within that will burn fat and stimulate muscle growht more than you believe!

    I recomend doing these outdoors.

  • @2:16 watch his feet

  • you're leaning on your left leg when doing squats looks like your right leg is a little weaker... you should fix that muscle imbalance

  • No Combat fighters do weight training only every once in awhile...

  • Bruce Lee never did weight training this is wack!

  • @chinnesekitty55 did'nt he?

  • @chinnesekitty55 bruce lee did weight training a lot, he said that was one of the weakness of current fighters, they don't train their bodies

  • @dimonai01 He did more of bodyweight training and plyrometrics he sometimes did weight training thats why he was ripped. Weight training is more of muscle mass thats why he didnt have huge muscles but more defined muscles.

  • @chinnesekitty55 knob of course he did you know nothing!!!

  • @chinnesekitty55 knob of course he did you know nothing google bruce lee weight training to see images

  • quote it?

  • your hench dude, thanks for this, this is exactly the type of intense workout bruce lee was doing, blesssss

  • @ThomasWinkworth

not if u only want to improve lower abdomin strength which is wht brcue lee's work outs were about.

  • @shain003 No, Bruce said you should train every part of your body.

  • your squats have to be lower

  • [philipmcauley] try doin this for 5 years every! day. i think bruce would do somthing like this everyday an still keep himself ready for the next days training an always ready for a fight, no point in doin all you can do in one day an spend the next 3days reganing the energy to do it again like the body biulders

  • HAHAHA..... A NIGGER BRUCE LEE...... LMAO !!!

  • how much weight is that?

  • Where is this workout at in the book?

  • Yh lol just learnt about that book "expressing the human body" looks real good. How long have you been doing the regime? and are you happy with the results so far?

  • I'm pretty happy, I've been doing it for about 5 years now and its a challenge for me everytime...all I do is increase the weight and it makes it harder. You see I was struggling in the video and have been doing it for years. Its just a routine that never gets old. You can also switch up the order of the routine too...the only thing that was missing in the routine of the video was pull-overs, I forgot about it

  • Bruce Lee didn't bench press! He did push ups.

  • @thehipsterofnewyork yes he did

  • @thewarchild123 Idk why i even posted that comment

  • @thehipsterofnewyork

according to 'the art of expressing the human body' by john little bruce lee DID do bench press.

fitlikemeforfree: is your nutrition fine? do you eat enough protein carbs and fat?

  • @fitlikemeforfree lmao 5 years and that's all you can do haha you don't even squat low enough

  • Where did you find out that this is a Bruce Lee workout? Ive been looking for his whole training regime but cant find any info.

  • I read this the book about Bruce Lee called Expressing the Human Body and Tao of Jeet Kune Do. Also if you type Bruce Lee Workout in google the same workout routine will pop repeatedly.

  • @fitlikemeforfree Oh! I have the Tao of Jeet Kune Do. But I do not have The Art of Expressing the Human Body. Man! Was Bruce Lee that tough, and strong? Damn! I respect Bruce Lee, but now... I have to respect him even more!

  • Thanks, eventhough I've been doing this for years, it gets me every time. Its one of those workouts that really challenges me. I just add weight to it to make it harder.

  • Good Video man. Great endurance from what I can see.
