Thanks for checking out the video. The bass I’m using is a Fender PJ-90 which I purchased used last fall. Based on what I've read, this model was only produced in 1990 and 1991 and it was designed as a lower budget hybrid of the Fender Jazz and Fender Precision. I gather it didn't work out for them as they stopped production after two years. I personally love it – it is light, well balanced and has the fast Fender Jazz neck - Ron

Thanks for the feedback. My recording process was pretty unsophisticated back when I did this one, but it is a great tune. There are many bass tabs available for this song at ultimate-guitar. I do refer to tabs from time to time but I usually rely on learning by ear and watching cover videos on YT if they are available. There's not much to this one once you get the main riffs down. Best of luck and thanks again for viewing - Ron
Thanks for viewing dude! You're absolutely right on the audio levels. This was one of my first videos and I really didn't know what I was doing. I've completely changed the recording process since then and hopefully improved the overall audio. Thanks for the feedback - Ron
Thanks man, I appreciate the encrouragement. After being away from music for so long it was a bit overwhelming to figure out the audio / visual recording process on top of re-learning to play.
Thanks for listening dude. My bass is an old Fender PJ-90. They were only produced in 1990 and 1991 and were meant to be a lower budget hybrid of the Fender Jazz and Fender Precision. The silver switch is a toggle to activate the precision pickup, the jazz pickup or both. I gather this model did not work out for Fender and they stopped production after two years. Cheers - Ron
I personally like the "punchier" sound that I get with a pick on this one. However, the reality is that I'm not very good with my fingers... but I'm working on it.
nice:D

Whats the silver thing below the lower pickup? Looks like an input jack or something
