Heres how to do it, follow these simple steps:

1. At the top (toolbar) CO "Design"

2. Then click on "Edit HTML/CSS"

3. On the toolbar the is now a "FILES" tab, click that.

4. Click on "Upload File" find file attract it.

5. Now there should be a little picture of you icon below, click it.

6. CO "Save and exit" Keep the window with you icon up though.

7. CO "Settings" in the tool bar.

8. CO "Search Engine Optimization (SEO)"

BTW "CO" means click on.

@MrMiiman i donbt liek it when people say it doesnt work...because it does work...i just did it in front of you...the only way to figure it out is to try again :) --make sure its the right format, right size 16x16...and all that stuff.

@iphonewizz15 yea im sorry- my camtasia was acting up and i filmed this episode like 4 times trying to get cursor to appear-changed settings changed codecs all that good stuff but it did not work-so i just decided to upload it--i plan on remaking it soon because camtasia decided to work again in my Areo Glass effect tutorial. so I will remake my Upload to FTP both the weebly Tutorials and a cuople other ones. Sorry- just subscibe and i will post the soon.

you always seem to do more then you need too and .. at some point, that more-ness becomes a pain and the favicon (or whatever else) doesn't show probably. Or at leats, that's what happens to me when i copy your videos. :(
