Well, you could use a web proxy that makes it appear like you live in the states and use pandora. They track you by IP address. You could prob. get it going on your computer - but on your iPhone - it's most likely not going to work at all. I'll message you some info.
Ok so I just got Pandora on my iPod Touch and I keep hearing about how it works over EDGE... Can someone tell me what Edge is cause I've never heard of it. Does that mean it works even without a wi-fi connection??

Pandora isn't available outside the USA.... it's only licensed in US. that's the only reason why it won't show up in iTunes store.
