How come my full set of dwarven armour has an armour rating of 326? Jesus get some heavy armour perks..

if you get elven armor to the epic level, it has like the same armor value as that armor

Im going to be getting Skyrim soon. But can someone answer a question for me? Why does some armor say "Flawless" and some say "Legendary"? Is it the way you smith it? And how does it affect the armor? Someone please answer!

After you smith the armor you can then take the peice to a work bench(armor) or grindstone (weapons) to improve them. After you improve them they get tags like, Legendary, Flawless, and a few others i can't remember.

Also, don't rush making this. You can use blacksmithers elixir and enchanted items to go way past +100% legendary armor stats. nothing hurts me now :p

It's heavy armour and has a noise penalty, but you can get perks that cancel it out.

Specifically you want the "conditioning" perk in heavy armour (you need 70 heavy armour and three other perks in the tree to get it) and the "muffled movement" perk for Sneak (30 sneak skill and only one other perk required to get it). Have fun being a stealth tank.
