Well, I've been doing this since I was a lot younger. But if you're interested in learning it, it's well worth it, and you'll most likely be able to pick it up pretty quickly. It's all in the fingers and the wrists. As far as how long it took to learn, I don't really remember, to tell you the truth. But like I said, if you go for it, you'll probably be able to pick it up with a little practice. Just find the type of bo (or even broom handle) that you're comfortable with, and go for it
