how to downgrade the newest version of itunes to whatever you want

I think is because you have the new Ipod Touch 3G, or you have a High firmware of your ipod, and old version of itunes dont support it

just save all your music in a folder so when delete itunes they don't delete , just cut the song from de orinal file to a folder in your desktop

you need to have the leasest version, no beta versions of itunes.Then you click the botton to restore your ipod

k when u go into the music file dont delete the itunes file just change the name then when you install itunes 7.5 simply import the file from the music folder

so what you have to do is download the version of iTunes 7.5 and delete the 8.0 and when you open itunes appear a message then go to (Start,My Music,Itunes and you will see something that says "Itunes library" and then what you have to do is change the name
