negatives: price (not much, but still trying to find out what it was for), lengthy installation (which didn t even stop my antivirus running automatically in the background - silly), no significant speed diff.

positives: price (cheap, should i find some cool features), freed some 7-9 gigs.

That feature in Quicktime where the controls go away and the screen at the edges is straight is all a copy from Zune. Microsoft did that a long time ago. And minimizing in the app icon, very much like the windows 7 task bar. The transformations are the same thing in word 07. Hmmnnn were starting to see a pattern here.....

is anyone having the volume problem with Snow Leopard? Before I turn off my macbook pro, I set the volume to low, when I boot my macbook pro back up, the volume is set high. I try disk repair permission and still does not work, called Apple and try a few things with them and still does not work. So if anyone has the same problem and you have a solution to it, let me know.

You should have been more specific that you only need to erase your partition if you want to make a clean install. If you just want to upgrade, you do not have to erase your partition.

Have to give you a five start due to your vid wasn't just opening snow leopard with no detail. Loved all the details! Hopefully, no one erase their mac with out backing it up.
