@MultiSpencer I had the same problem but if you just be patient it'll automatically connect. make sure you got the usb cord plugged deep into the zune. push it all the way in.

Well if you syn to the zune then maybe you cant delete the song but if you just drag it over and dont sync you can delete,but ill find a way though and make a vid
