They might have written a few of their own, but if you look at it, not many, and if they did, not many successful songs were recorded of theirs. Rappers are usually the exception based on them wanting to only do their own thing.

This isn't t.A.T.u., this song was released last year by a band called Yell, and it's actually "Ya Hotela", not "Yahotela", Ya Hotela means "I Wanted".

Actually, ''All About Us'' was indeed writen by The Veronicas, who co-wrote it with other artists and writers, such as Billy Steinberg, if memory serves correctly.  The Veronicas and the others, I believe, then ''gave'' the song to t.a.t.u.

I'm confused here. I downloaded some Yelle last night and she sings in French, but this is Russian, right? She sounds alot like Tatu here, but not in her other songs.

Then again, the guitar tones are definitely not Tatu. Tatu has a more marshall sound than a rectifier. Maybe somebody used the tatu video to match it up with another song, who knows. But I do know I want to find this song and download it, so can anybody tell me who this is and where I can find it?

there are two yells.

one goes by yelle and the other, a band, goes by yell. yell is russian and they do demos for tatu, and yelle is french and does her own stuff. i love je veux te voir. i laugh every time i hear it C:

mystery is solved! you can look it up - yelle is french, and is a solo artist. yell on the otherhand (no e at the end) is a BAND and sings demos for t.A.T.u.. This is not Lena, she is not part of Yell. this is the lead singer of Yell who has nothing to do with t.A.T.u. besides the fact that they sing their demos for them. Yelle, on the other hand, has absolutely nothing to do with t.A.T.u.

As a matter of fact, the song ''All About Us'' by t.A.T.u was released in August 2005,

The Veronicas only released their very first album later that year in October 2005. Which shows that before The Veronicas were even around. t.A.T.u were already International stars with that very song. You can look it up :D
