@papalog08 Thank you. Finally a smart person. Citizens of this country need to stop relying on the police. If I was there, I wouldn't call 911 and then watch. I would CHARGE and attack the man beating up the kid, punch him and throw him to the ground until the police arrived. If he was too strong for me, I would stall with my own body for the toddler to get away. But sitting by the road waiting for your "guardian angels" to arrive which are nothing more than humans with guns is so foolish.

That is, if he had the presence of mind to do it, and a lawyer could easily suggest it. If a guy can BREAK INTO a house and fall on a knife, sue the victims of his break in, and win...this monster would win too.
