Kim Wilde, Sandra Cretu, Duran Duran, Alphaville, Bangles, A-ha, OMD, China Crisis & Cyndi Lauper were all top-class album acts with CDs out that year, and tonnes of cool singles acts filled all the gaps in between. It was even the year ABBA were supposed to get back together-but that failed.

This was a bit of a classic. However as one hit wonders go, so was Kung foo fighting!

I paid good money to see this bunch of, up their own arse tossers "perform" in Aberdeen on the back of this single. Worst gig ever.... They were all in the huff about who knows what and the gig was about forty minutes tops. Any chance of a refund 23 yrs later? ( yes I do hold a grudge from that long ago!)
