@matklstrength his recommendation is to keep them behind bar wich won't help in lifting weight , but it will keep your natural position for this exercise and it's lower chance for you to injure.i hope i explained your question ;)
i know that i was asking dave if the shoulder position should be neutral (with the shoulders back at the side) or slightly rolled forwards (so you dont have to squat as low but mihgt not be good for posture).
so when you pick the bar up at the bottom, your shoulders should be rounded forward? or kept neutral?
