I downloaded the apk Flash file yesterday with no problems. My CM7 disk crashed so I repeated the process and today the file is not installing on my Nook, Just says file was not installed. Has anything changed?

Hey Alex, I wanted to try this but I have Manualnooter 4.5.6. I have tried to follow the instructions, but when I get to the download the .apk file it asks to replace the system app (i guess adobe) and i click yes and install, but it does not install. Pkease help. I used "Zentath's" rooting method. (on youtube)

Steps I took on a NC; CM7 from an SD card:

1.) watched this video fully

2.) installed Dolphin

3.) uninstalled Adobe Flash

4.) view this video on the NC and click the Modified Adobe Flash Player link

5.) installed the player

6.) picked this video back up on my laptop

If you get buffering,jitter or delayed play; reboot the NC or if you've done that and are still having issue. Stop the Google Services Framework, Clear the Data, reboot again. You should be golden.

I got to the step of downloading Flash to the Nook Color, but when I tapped Flash 10.3 hulufied, a pop-up box asked if I wanted to complete action using ASTRO or ROM Manager. I cant figure out what to do here.

Great video. Thank you very much. My only problem is I had no advanced settings in my Dolphin Browser HD. But if you go through the setup again it asks you if you want to enable plugins to always on so I did it that way and it seems to be working.

I have a Nook Color that is rooted, but stock (1.2). Following your instructions, when I get to the point of uninstalling flash, I can't (the uninstall button doesn't work). I tried installing flash over the top, but it refuses to install. Is this mod only for custom roms like the one you are running, or am I missing something.

I'm a big dropbox fan, but if you're on your home network, several file manager apps have simpler and more flexible means of moving any file from your PC to your NC. I use ES File Manager, and have been meaning to try File Expert.

What I actually did in this case was right-clicked your link and used Chrome-to-Phone.

You can also download it from the NC native browser. Install it and then open up Dolphin HD and follow the directions.

Hey guys....try this. Download Dolphin Browser HD. Then go to this video and download the new flash link directly to your Nook Color. (just click on the link from your browser and it will download) It will be in file manager under downloads. Just click on it to install it and then follow Alex's directions form there.

@pegpearson1 The whole point of using Dropbox was to instill the notion that you can transfer files to your devices w/o needing to connect them to a computer. If you get a .zip file when you dl Flash, unzip and transfer to Dropbox.

Hulu error says "Hulu requires Flash Player 10.0.32 or higher. Please download and install the latest version of Flash Player before continuing."

Tried uninstalling/reinstalling the hacked Flash Player, got the same error again.

Any ideas? (rooted Motorola Atrix 4G)
