  • thank you, i really dont "count" my carbs, but i do limit myself. Usually i'll save the carb for dinner, or if i have something that may be higher in carbs at lunch, I'll only have meat and vegetables at dinner.

  • I feel you with the headache I have them to,and also dont take my vitamins everyday,but also I think it comes when I work out to much,or to hard,and some times I get dizzy,good luck take care,oh and I find that eating a banana helps me with these symptoms.

  • I was looking at my paperwork and they ssid I should be having about 60grams. I bought a protein powder that you mix with water, Im going to try and get 40 from that.

Im happy to hear that you are losing without working out because I sprained my ankle last week and i will not get back in the gym for a month or so. I alos want to know how much protein are you gettin in daily? Thanks for your videos they help me alot.

  • Thanks alot! So sorry to hear about your ankle. I pray for a speedy recovery. My protein intake varies from day to day, Because i try to get most of it from the fooods i eat. But im getting about 15 grams from my shakes alone.
