I am an IT net admin and this software will be really helpful in my work, regarding the security issue - if its a private document i would put it in a strong password zip/rar file.

i know it makes things less convenient but maybe it will prevent someone with access trying to probe your documents.

we all know the password protection can be overcome but i don't think someone will go into so much trouble.

would love an invite.

My only issue (like you mentioned) id that it is "in the cloud" if you don't have an internet connection, you're out of luck. Still worthwhile as a sharing medium, but not as the only place to save a file.

IMHO Dropbox is a great idea of colaboration.

But I would keep personal files out of this service because online storage security is yet to be mature. One Step file sharing and convenient usage.
