@POTFFREAK4LIFE not only is this one of the endings where characters die, outbreak and outbreak file 2 are just scenarios which aren't necessarily connected. the "outbreak" scenario is considered canon as a starting point, but both file 1 and file 2 have different ending scenarios where in file 2 your character lives if you escape while in file 1 there are two endings where your character lives and 2 where they die.

For zombie copter, you have to play as Yoko, Cindy, David or Kevin not use the daylight or play as George and Cindy die, Jim and Kevin die during gameplay, Mark and David die, or Jim and Kevin die.

Than you see the character turn into a zombie and hear their voice over. Cindy's is the most dramatic.

Yes it did have something to do with the story line, in the 2nd scenario, Below the Freezing point, Monica had a Virus Capsule case, i firgured out that she stole that from Wiliam birkin thats why he injected the virus in him to become a monster cuz somone(Monica) Stole the capsul and wiliam thought that the police was trying to get his prized possesion which was the Virus. So if Monica had never taken it . There would never have been a Resident evil 2. SO IN YOUR FACE. Thumbs me up

If you want to blue jewel go to the room opposite the piano room. Go in the the room connected to that and in the fireplace you will find two strings. Both will give you the jewel, but, only one will gives you a zombie; I'm pretty sure it's random.
