@promen231 Mulan actually wasn't based on a fictional character. It's said that there was a woman in Ancient China who did what Mulan did. I can't remember if she helped defeat the Huns or not, but I do know that, unlike Disney, she was put to death for what she did. Since then there have been books, plays, and movies about what she did.

The bottom line is that a voice is a genetic trait that someone is born with ... a singer can choose to reach his or her potential but a great singer cannot be "made." Tthere ain't too many left out there ... all production and auto-tune nowdays except for her, Fantasia, Hudson, Keysha Cole & very few others.
