Dude... I have a 406 V6 2.7 HDi bi-turbo - don't you know that this car wasn't meant to drift? It's meant to be stable and it has great grip on the road... You need to put a whole lot of money into it to make it slide [and it still won't be drifting, it'll just be powersliding].

I love this car, but you need to know it's limits. And don't forget the rear steering - those 7 degrees will counter most of the normal drift moves.

He was turning before the corner but he obviously over cooked it for the camera and turned whilst he was still braking. Cars don't like turning and braking at the same time as the two forces work against each other and cancel each other out.

When he realised he had overcooked it he would have been better to just brake and not turn or even let off the brakes turn in too fast. Either way it would have been better than this. The price of inexperience he will have to bear!
