Put a turbine in it and some redundant systems, have the components looked over and reman'd by a true pro shop and they are actually a well designed and great handling helicopter!
Revolution Helicopter Corp. no longer exists: They folded in 1999 after a number of Mini-500 owners got killed. Engines would overheat and seize, the main gearboxes would self-destruct due to poor machining tolerances and wrong alloys, and frames would crack due to high vibration. It was regarded as a piece of junk, a death trap. Of the 100-or-so kits sold, the ones that didn't crash are mostly permanently grounded now.

What size and make of engine is in it. Is it a Rotax ?.
It sounds like an R/C helicopter.

The Mini-500 used a 64 hp Rotax 582 two-stroke piston engine.
