@PhillipMcLoins Uhh So you do a entire circle, then walk closer to the airplane? Shouldn't you have said "Turn 180 degrees and walk away"? But then it isn't called a Lancair 180 is it?
Yes, I was in formation with a Cessna 150 doing about 90 mph indicated. The Lancair can do 90, but it isn't comfortable at all. I added some flaps to keep the angle of attack in better shape and pull in some power to cover the added drag.
Wow! I can't believe I remembered all the words to the Banana Splits Song.

This comment has received too many negative votes show
Do you know why they call it the 360? Because when you see one, you'll turn 360 degrees and walk away.
I win.
You lose.
FACE BITCHES.

do you have a build log on the web?
MetaView7 2 years ago
No, I am not the builder. It was completed in 95. The big upgrades started in 2006, and continue.

By the way the music is great , its catchy so you remember the Video :) ...... well it certainly stuck in my Mind
Ultramarine998 2 years ago
I think the music rocks.. It's unique unlike that damned "top gun" that EVERY aviation video on the tube has!!
Not to mention my little man was behind me dancing and listening to the music... anyone makes my bub smile gets 5 stars!!

Cool man, good to hear! I give as many Young Eagles rides as I can. Love it.
dudewanarace 2 years ago
Well, I have seen 360's for as low as $65K, but you get what you pay for. I would look over a Lancair 360 pretty hard if it is less than $80K.
dudewanarace 2 years ago
ok thanks, for me the
Mustang II is the choice, cheap and good performance ;)

how much for the cheapest lancair man?
brucenash 2 years ago
glasses must stay. I would consider a 360.

cool video and airplane but the sunglasses have to go...
pilotguy4442 3 years ago
Thanks, but I have to admit that I do not fit "normal" pilot profiles. Thus, the glasses are here to stay. :)
